Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Patrick brings two decades of construction and manufacturing experience with a focus on prefabricated construction assemblies and lean methodologies. Patrick currently directs the design, fabrication, and assembly teams within a cohesive DFMA ecosystem in order to for Synergy Med. His primary aim is to drive the most innovative, effective and patient-centric mobile and fixed solutions for acute care settings that work.

Patrick is a trained civil engineer, having earning degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts, and later Michigan Technological University. He served a number of project management roles early in his career for Boston firms – increasingly focused on technological approaches to construction – before a move to the southeast and full embrace of design / manufacture / construct methodology to resolve inefficiencies and waste in both engineering and construction of the built environment.

At Synergy, Patrick’s primary operational goal is to deliver the healthiest surgical care spaces, both for the patients and the clinical staff. By leveraging volumes of experience in building innovation into medical solutions, both onsite and prefabricated, Patrick seeks to bring sensible solutions that provides best-in-class care more rapidly.
