Mr. Meade is a decisive leader with over twenty-five years of management experience in the financial and the insurance services sectors, with primary responsibility for streamlining and expanding operations to maximize the P&L, while implementing innovative strategies to create geographical and service sector diversification, in an effort to balance revenue streams and create a more sustainable, economically viable business model for the organization.
He possesses high-functioning financial and executive management skills, combining a strong strategic vision with an ability to motivate and inspire team members to execute. With a background in both financial services and the Architecture/Engineering industry, he is acutely aware of business drivers, key performance indicators, and strategies to maximize profitability and growth, having a proven track record of creating enterprise value. Throughout his career, he has orchestrated the development and expansion of a number of transformative business initiatives, including both pre- and post-loss services, operational risk assessment, and large-scale risk mitigation programs, focusing on providing clients with strategies to offset both physical and financial risks. As an executive leader, he has direct responsibility for the strategic growth and management of the day-to-day operation of the firm’s domestic and international business, establishing a strategic agenda, while guiding the management team to develop a global vision, designed to create enterprise value for the organization. In addition, he served as a member of the firm’s Executive Matrix Management Committee, Enduring Organization Committee, Compensation Committee, and held several other key management roles within his various organizations.
As an active member of his community, Mr. Meade served as the Board Chair of the Community Fund, the Bronxville School Facilities Audit Committee, and is the past President of the Saint Joseph’s Parish Council and the Cardinal’s Appeal. Professionally, he has been a guest lecturer and principal advisor, speaking frequently on risk management and resiliency in the aftermath of numerous manmade and natural disasters. He serves as a ranking member of the American Bar Association, Risk Management Society, Loss Executives Association, and as an advisor to the New York State Office of Emergency Management.
