Meredith Schultenover

Meredith’s favorite buzzword is ‘cross-pollination’. Her executive leadership across multiple organizations and her long career in consulting, software implementations, and channel sales have given her multiple lenses from which to find solutions to complex problems. Whether it’s the Sunday crossword, creating additional ARR for software products, or managing global deployment projects – Meredith loves a good puzzle and can quickly apply past experiences to new opportunities.

Meredith has served as a consultant, team leader, project manager, managing director, business owner (multiple companies) and board member at different organizations. Her earliest technical education was integrated with business principles and ethics, a dynamic pairing that characterizes Meredith’s career. Meredith believes that honesty and integrity—combined with technical dexterity and industry-leading service standards—that fuel a reputation for excellence that she continues to cultivate.

Meredith is the owner of Andromeda Resources, LLC, a channel partner for Synergy Med. Located in Nashville, Tennessee, the “Healthcare Capital of the World.” Meredith’s team of sales professionals assist with channel sales and project management of the surgical care solutions offered by Synergy Med.
